Often when I drive up to our church the old song “Little Country Church” comes to my mind. It was Love Song that did it many years ago. Some of the lyrics are… “Little Country Church on the edge of town, people coming everyday from miles around meetin’ there for Sunday school…And it’s very plain to see, it’s not the way it used to be. Preacher isn’t talkin’ ’bout religion no more, He just wants to praise the Lord.”

I honestly think our “little country church” may be one of the best kept secrets in Spokane. We are not on the beaten path for sure. I always have to tell people how to get there. But man we’ve got some good things going on. We have a new website that just keeps getting better everyday. We have wonderful worship music and powerful Word-centered preaching every Sunday. On Wednesday evenings we are getting into the Word and having great discussions. People’s lives are being impacted and changed. We’ve got new folks coming and making commitments to Christ. This Christmas we are going to have a Christmas Eve service that you won’t want to miss.

We’ve spent the past year preparing our hearts and minds for a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We have been praying and believing for revival, in our congregation and in our city. We are very aware of the fact that our time here is very short and we must be about our Father’s business.

We take our relationship with our Lord very seriously but we also know how to have fun. Last night a bunch of us gathered to decorate our sanctuary for Christmas. It turned out beautifully. I can’t wait for you to come and see it. We had soup, cookies and coffee and tea. There was love, laughter and creativity.

You too can be a part of our fellowship. All are welcome. We meet on Sunday’s at 10:30 AM at 4213 W. Garden Springs Rd. Spokane, WA. 99224. We also have Wednesday night Bible Study at 7pm in the sanctuary. I Hope to see you soon! Merry Christmas!!
